Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services and generate leads.
  • Follow up on leads and qualify prospects through active communication to understand their needs and assess their interest level.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position company offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome customer hesitations and objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
